隐私政策
听记和阅记共用一个听记账号：手机上的听记、电脑上的听记（Windows、Mac）和浏览器插件阅记。这一页说明我们收集什么、为什么、交给谁处理、保存多久，以及怎么删除。
我们收集什么
- 账号：你的名字（内测期间也是登录用的名字）、加入时间、试用天数和字幕时长额度。
- 录音和文字：你录下的声音、识别出的原文和翻译、你加的重点和备注、整理出的笔记和问答记录。
- 发去翻译的内容：你让阅记翻译的网页文字、课件内容和图片，以及你向 AI 提的问题和随问题一起发送的页面内容。
- 课件：你在阅记里读过的课件，它的双语内容（原文和译文的文字）、标题、课程和来源链接会存进你的听记账号，这样手机和电脑上的听记也能翻到。原始文件（PDF、PPT 等）不会上传，也不会保存。阅记的设置里可以关掉「读过的课件存进听记账号」，关掉以后不再保存新的课件。
- 生词本和术语表：你保存的单词、释义、例句和术语。
- 设备：登录这个账号的电脑和浏览器的名称（例如「阅记 · Edge · Windows」）和最近使用时间；听记网页的版本，以及是否正在录音。
- 用量：每天的 AI 用量和字幕时长，用来执行内测额度。
- 安全记录：为了防止猜测登录和滥用，我们会短时间保存访问地址的单向摘要，它不能还原成地址。
我们不收集通讯录、位置或广告标识，不使用第三方统计或广告代码。登录只用一个必要的 Cookie。
为什么收集
- 提供服务：实时字幕和翻译、网页和课件翻译、AI 整理和问答，以及在手机、电脑和浏览器之间同步你的记录、课件、生词本和术语表。
- 执行内测规则：试用天数、字幕时长和每天的 AI 额度。
- 安全：限速、防止猜测登录、发现滥用。
- 排查问题：录音的运行记录（连接、断开等事件，不含录音内容）帮我们找到并修复问题。
谁会处理你的数据
为了完成你的请求，我们只把必要的内容交给代表我们处理数据的服务商：
- AI 服务提供商：处理要翻译的文字和图片、要整理的转写和你提的问题，把结果返回给我们。
- 语音识别服务提供商：处理录音，返回识别出的原文和翻译。
- 云服务提供商：运行我们的服务器，保存账号、录音、文字和课件。
这些服务商只为完成你的请求而处理这些内容。我们不出售你的数据，不做广告，也不把你的数据用于广告。数据可能在你所在国家或地区以外的数据中心处理和保存。
保存多久，怎么删除
- 你的录音、文字、笔记、课件、生词和术语表在账号存在期间一直保存，方便你随时回看。
- 你可以随时在听记里删除单条记录、单份课件，或删除单个生词。
- 删除整个账号：写信到 guishanlaoquan@gmail.com，写明你的名字。我们会删除这个账号和它的全部数据：录音、文字、翻译、笔记、课件、生词本、术语表和登录的设备，一般在 7 天内完成。备份里的副本会在 30 天内自动清除。
- 防滥用用的地址摘要会在很短时间内自动清除。
你的权利
你可以查看、导出、更正和删除自己的数据。听记里可以导出记录、生词本和术语表。有任何疑问，写信给我们。
变更
这份政策有变化时，我们会更新本页的日期；重要的变化会在产品里提示。

Privacy Policy
听记 and 阅记 share one 听记 account: 听记 on the phone, 听记 on the computer (Windows, Mac) and the 阅记 browser extension. This page explains what we collect, why, who processes it, how long we keep it and how to delete it.
What we collect
- Account: your name (during the beta also the name you sign in with), when you joined, your trial days and caption allowance.
- Recordings and text: the audio you record, the recognised transcript and its translation, the key points and notes you add, and the notes and answers prepared from them.
- Content sent for translation: web page text, courseware content and images you ask 阅记 to translate, and the questions you ask the AI together with the page content sent with them.
- Courseware: for courseware you read in 阅记, its bilingual text (the original and the translation), title, course and source link are kept in your 听记 account, so 听记 on the phone and the computer can open it. The original file (PDF, PPT and so on) is never uploaded or kept. You can switch this off in 阅记's settings (“读过的课件存进听记账号”); new courseware is then no longer kept.
- Vocabulary and glossary: the words, meanings, examples and terms you save.
- Devices: the names of the computers and browsers signed in to your account (for example “阅记 · Edge · Windows”) and when they were last used; the version of the 听记 web app and whether it is recording.
- Usage: daily AI use and caption time, to apply the beta allowances.
- Security records: to stop sign-in guessing and abuse we briefly keep a one-way digest of the network address, which cannot be turned back into the address.
We do not collect contacts, location or advertising identifiers, and we use no third-party analytics or advertising code. Signing in uses one necessary cookie.
Why
- To provide the service: live captions and translation, web page and courseware translation, AI notes and answers, and keeping your records, courseware, vocabulary and glossary in sync across the phone, the computer and the browser.
- To apply the beta rules: trial days, caption time and the daily AI allowance.
- Security: rate limits, protection against sign-in guessing, detecting abuse.
- Troubleshooting: a recording's event log (connections and disconnections, never its content) helps us find and fix problems.
Who processes your data
To carry out your requests we pass only what is needed to service providers that process data on our behalf:
- AI service providers process the text and images to translate, the transcripts to summarise and the questions you ask, and return the results to us.
- Speech-recognition service providers process recordings and return the transcript and its translation.
- Cloud providers run our servers and store accounts, recordings, text and courseware.
These providers process this content only to fulfil your requests. We do not sell your data, we show no ads, and we do not use your data for advertising. Data may be processed and stored in data centres outside your country or region.
Retention and deletion
- Your recordings, text, notes, courseware, vocabulary and glossary are kept for as long as your account exists, so you can come back to them.
- You can delete a single record, a piece of courseware or a word in 听记 at any time.
- To delete your whole account, email guishanlaoquan@gmail.com with your name. We delete the account and all of its data — recordings, text, translations, notes, courseware, vocabulary, glossary and signed-in devices — normally within 7 days. Copies in backups are removed automatically within 30 days.
- Address digests kept against abuse are removed automatically after a short time.
Your rights
You can see, export, correct and delete your data. 听记 can export your records, vocabulary and glossary. If you have any question, write to us.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date on this page; important changes are announced in the products.
